US Avant-garde / Progressive Black Metal. What an incredibly diverse album this is! It is a one man, Colin Marston, project & despite him being an incredibly talended multi-instrumentalist, this is a debut. This makes it all the more stunning & I am super excited about what the future holds & I will definitely be here for it! Love the title of the first track! Ignorance is everywhere unfortunately... Highly recommend every track!!!

"Technical Sloom" hits the nail on the head. Lack of vocals, artificial drums, technicality despite the slow pace, outlandish synth-y sounding solos, extensive running time, no release for the tension... yes, this is carefully engineered to make everyone feel sick. I like it.

I am glad that I finally got the chance to purchase this. I am a huge fan of anything that Colin Marston can put out there, and this is certainly no exception. In fact, most of his prodigious output has put me on the hardline path toward being a black metal fan. For that, I thank him.
